Acro L4/5+ Acro Workshop This advanced Acro Workshop is designed for dancers working at Level 4/5 and above, focusing on strength, control, and progression toward more challenging acrobatic skills. Dancers will work on walkover variations, explore a range of balances, and begin progressions toward side aerials, with emphasis on safe technique, body awareness, and dynamic movement.
